Bali cattle are indigenous that has been widely distributed throughout Indonesia, form about 27% of the total population, and they make highest contribution to beef production in Indonesia. The animals possess many superiorities compared other breeds but very susceptible Jembrana disease virus (JDV) infection which is classified as one strategic-infectious animal diseases. purpose this study was provide hyperimmune serum appropriate for treatment JDV routinely serological diagnosis. against provided using method Mhoma developed a different types vaccines. firstly immunized intramuscularly with vaccine containing CFA adjuvants second were prepare commercial twice at monthly interval. Prophylaxis these after failed challenge experiments.
